All about Bouillon Service
Since you are asking for good, simple, traditional, quick, inexpensive food, available «almost everywhere» and «almost all the time», Bouillon Service serves it, in Paris and around. From Pigalle to République, by way of the Champ-de-Mars, Bagneux, Courbevoie, Aubervilliers and Saint-Ouen, and through the delivery platforms, our homemade takeaway is there to be enjoyed without ceremony!
On one side, a selection of the starters, classics and desserts our two brasseries are known for: œufs mayonnaise, poireaux vinaigrette, sardine rillettes, salmon with beurre blanc, coquillettes with ham, crème caramel, chocolate mousse…
On the other, savoury and sweet snacks, to mix or not, to pile up or not: tuna buns, quiches lorraines, salt and pepper crisps, flans parisiens, madeleines…
In short, 100% couture breaks, to pick up in the shop or have delivered. Tempting, no?
Breakfast
Ficelles (slim baguettes) with salted butter, plain (0,80 €), with cocoa or jam (1 €), pains au chocolat (1 €), croissants (1 €).
Lunch
The jambon-beurre with cantal (6 €); rolls at room temperature, lightly brioched, with «Caesar» chicken (6 €), or hot, with duck confit, cream cheese sauce, wild garlic pesto and sautéed potatoes (8 €).
Must-haves
The œufs mayonnaise crowned world champions (2,70 €), the coquillettes with ham and summer truffle (9,50 €), and of course the hand-cut sausage with mash (8,80 €).
Desserts
Alongside the chocolate mousse (3,50 €), the strawberry and hibiscus soup (3,20 €) and the vanilla rice pudding (1,90 €) come the lemon loaf cakes (2,20 €) and the chocolate ones «like a brownie» (3,40 €).

8.30am – 11pm, 7 days a week. Until 3am on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, for click & collect and Deliveroo only.
