Bouillon République, 39 boulevard du Temple, 75003 Paris.
Where can I get delivery or click & collect?
Click & collect is available at Pigalle and at République. We are on Deliveroo within a 4 km radius of République, Champ-de-Mars, Bagneux, Courbevoie and Saint-Ouen.
What are the opening hours?
Restaurants: noon – midnight, kitchen open all day, 7 days a week.
Delivery and click & collect: 10am – 10pm, 7 days a week.

Booking & payment
Can I book a table?
Yes: at Bouillon Pigalle for 2 to 12 people and at Bouillon République for 2 to 200 people. Head to the Booking page. For anything larger, see group booking.
Which payment methods do you accept?
At République, every payment method is accepted except Amex and cheques.
At Pigalle, every payment method is accepted except Amex, cheques and luncheon vouchers.
