My group booking
Bookings for more than 12 people at Pigalle and more than 20 at République are only possible on weekdays. No large booking is taken from Friday evening to Sunday evening. At Pigalle, groups run from 12 to 80 people; above 80, the booking can only be made at République.

The menus shown here are examples, their contents change with the seasons. Every menu includes one or more vegetarian options.
Good to know
- Time slots on offer: noon, 12.30pm, 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm, 9.30pm.
- More than 30 people at Pigalle: your choices (starter, main course, dessert) must reach us 72 to 48 hours in advance.
- The allergen sheet for each product is attached to the summary email.
- Payment on site (card, cheque, cash), by bank transfer or through Chorus. Confirmed by a signed quote or a card imprint.
- Menu available in French or in English.
My booking at République
Private rooms from 15 to 140 covers: the Dejazet room (20 to 25), the Provinces room (26 to 45), the Colmar room (50 to 70) and the Spindler room (50 to 120). Projection equipment, sound system, microphone, flipchart and wifi included. Accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Private hire at République
One more year on the day itself, a good year among friends, your two «I do»s or simply the whole team together: the rooms at Bouillon République, with their wood panelling and marquetry from 1932, seat 15 to 140 covers. Same menu, same gentle prices, same service in uniform. At Pigalle, groups of more than 12 find their place upstairs on request.
