All about Bouillon Pigalle

In the 18th arrondissement of Paris, a stone's throw from the Moulin Rouge and the Sacré-Cœur, a new-wave bouillon. Opened in 2017, this XXL brasserie in Pigalle replays, in today's style, the tune of the Parisian restaurants the Duval butchery opened in the 19th century.

A new-wave bouillon

A past-present-future table, perfectly run and just as welcoming — starting with the long queue outside, where those who did not book play the Bouillon Arcade game on their phone. Inside, a ballet of waiters in uniform, smiles firmly in place, will make your head spin, among hurried suits, wandering tourists, whole families and retired couples. And no wonder: the 200 seats downstairs and 100 on the balcony fill up fast.

Every day, the plate and the glass like never before!

On grained paper tablecloths, facing Thonet bistro chairs and red leatherette banquettes, comfort food by the bucketload. From noon to midnight come œufs mayonnaise — world champions, no less — onion soup, snails in parsley butter, salt cod brandade, bœuf bourguignon, calf's head with sauce gribiche, profiteroles, île flottante, chou chantilly and rice pudding. Just as generous on the thirst side: waters, soft drinks, beers, wines and bubbles, poured by the glass.
