My private hire
Private hire happens on weekdays: no space is hired out from Friday evening to Sunday evening. At République, the four rooms can be booked on their own or together, from 15 to 140 covers. At Pigalle, it is the upper floor that is hired, up to 80 covers.
Where we welcome you
One more year on the day itself, a good year among friends, your two «I do»s or simply the whole team together: the rooms at Bouillon République, with their wood panelling and marquetry from 1932, seat 15 to 140 covers. Same menu, same gentle prices, same service in uniform. At Pigalle, it is the upper floor that is hired, arranged to measure.
The four rooms at République
- Dejazet room — 20 to 25 covers.
- Provinces room — 26 to 45 covers.
- Colmar room — 50 to 70 covers.
- Spindler room — 50 to 120 covers.
- Projection equipment, sound system, microphone, flipchart and wifi included. Accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Good to know
- No fixed time slot: the rooms can be hired right through the day and the evening. The timing is agreed directly with our events team.
- Payment on site (card, cheque, cash), by bank transfer or through Chorus. Confirmed by a signed quote or a card imprint.
- Menu available in French or in English.
