Never two without… nine!
After the 18th and 3rd arrondissements of Paris, the 92 (or the 9-2?) has its own Bouillon Service. In Levallois-Perret, the takeaway offer of Bouillon Pigalle and République reshuffles the pack. The long opening hours and the deliveries are still there, but a brand-new apéritif range has moved into the window, alongside the breakfasts, sandwiches, hot dishes and afternoon treats. Better still, the standing tables inside and the sunny tables on the terrace invite you, for the first time, to stay put. No doubt about it, the house is laying the table all over again!
From the Henri-Barbusse market to Bouillon Service Levallois-Perret, it is only one step.
And it is soon taken!
For good reason: this self-service shop gives passers-by the eye. Its 35 m² of white wall tiles, terrazzo floor and tomato-red touches set the Bouillon tone from the doorway. Not to mention the shelves, restocked all day long…
Breakfast
Ficelle (a thin baguette) with slightly salted butter, plain, with cocoa or with jam (1 €); pain au chocolat, or chocolatine if you prefer (1 €); croissant (1 €)…
Bouillon classics
Œufs mayonnaise, crowned World Champions (2,70 €); ravioles du Royans with melting leeks (9,90 €); saucisse au jus with mash (8,90 €); and parmentier de canard confit (11,30 €).
Apéritif
Mixed grilled vegetables (3 €), stuffed peppers (3,30 €), cubes of cantal cheese and slices of saucisson (4 €)…
Desserts
Mousse au chocolat (3,20 €), lemon meringue the crumble way (3,20 €), vanilla riz au lait (3,20 €)…
