A new shop for a new format!

Bouillon Service starts its revolution in Pigalle. A baker on site; a menu with a drawer for everything, breakfast and afternoon snack included; opening hours that stretch; our regions in the spotlight, Auvergne first of all…: the takeaway offer from Bouillon Pigalle and République is coming into its own. The name is now writing its own story…

Boulevard de Clichy, two doors down from the XXL table itself!

A gleaming self-service now answers it back, borrowing its white tiles, its oak banding, its tomato-red tones and its terrazzo.

That is, in the basement, 90 m² of bakery and, on the ground floor, 20 linear metres of chilled, ambient and hot display cases, restocked all day long, where you will find:

Mornings

Croissant, pain au chocolat, ficelle with salted butter, plain, with cocoa or with jam: all at (1 €). Orange juice (3,50 €). At the counter, espresso (1,90 €), noisette — espresso with a drop of milk — (2 €), cappuccino or hot chocolate (3,80 €) — plant-based version at the same price.

Sandwiches

On Tradition baguette: paris-beurre, ham and butter (6 €), jambon-beurre & cantal entre-deux (7 €), fresh goat's cheese, olive tapenade & confit tomatoes (6,40 €), sardine rillettes & confit peppers (7,50 €). On brioche bread: the «Caesar» chicken (6 €), the petit Champion (3,50 €), the petit Parisien (5,50 €), the petit Lyonnais (5,90 €). And the chicken club (6,70 €).

Starters & classics

The œufs mayonnaise crowned World Champions (2,70 €), the poireaux vinaigrette (2,90 €), the terrine de canard with green peppercorns (4,80 €). Then the saucisse au jus with mash (8,90 €), the coquillettes with ham and summer truffle (9,60 €), the ravioles du Royans with melted leeks (9,90 €), the salade bistrot façon « César » (9,90 €), the parmentier de canard (11,30 €), the gravlax de saumon (12 €).

And something sweet?

It keeps up, and often runs ahead: vanilla cream, strawberry & basil (3,10 €), mousse au chocolat, lemon meringue like a crumble and riz au lait with vanilla (3,20 €), apricot, melon & blueberry salad (3 €). For the afternoon snack, the cannelé and the sablé breton done like a cookie (2 €), the lemon or red berry loaf cakes (2,40 €), the brookie (3,20 €).
