Bouillon Service starts its revolution in Pigalle. A baker on site, a menu with a drawer for everything, breakfast and afternoon snack included, opening hours that stretch, our regions in the spotlight, Auvergne first of all. The takeaway offer from Bouillon Pigalle and République is coming into its own: the name is now writing its own story.

République

The adventure starts here every day, and has done since day one! A shop with its specials of the week, a full menu of the day, and all the spirit of the Bouillon restaurants to take to the office or back home. At République, ringed by the Canal Saint-Martin, Bastille and the Marais, classics of the French repertoire to order ahead, come and collect, or have delivered. Small prices for big appetites!

Levallois

The Bouillon leaves Paris: the third shop sets up in Levallois, a stone's throw from the metro, with the same drawer-for-everything menu, the same classics in a box and the same small prices, from breakfast to dinner.
